The proposed PHP 42.7 billion project for the main gateway of Northern Mindanao involves a capacity augmentation program that includes the renovation and expansion of existing facilities.This will cover the passenger terminal building, installation of required equipment, and enhancement and development of airside facilities for a concession period of 35 years.
