Building sustainable and smart infrastructure
Founded in 2015, Aboitiz InfraCapital is committed to building transformative infrastructure ecosystems that enable businesses and uplift communities as a catalyst for nationwide economic growth, leveraging on additional synergies with the Aboitiz Group under #OneNewAboitiz. Our strategic operations are in diverse yet interconnected businesses spanning Economic Estates, Water, Digital Infrastructure, and Transport and Mobility.
Our current business units include Economic Estates, spanning 2,000 hectares of nationwide development with LIMA Estate in Batangas, as well as MEZ2 (Mactan Economic Zone 2) Estate and West Cebu Estate in Cebu, and TARI Estate in Tarlac; Apo Agua Infrastructura, Inc. in Davao City which operates the country's largest private bulk water supply facility; LIMA Water Corporation, which provides end-to-end water and wastewater services to our Economic Estates; and Unity Digital Infrastructure, Inc., a joint-venture with the Partners Group and a builder and operator of telecommunication towers across the country.
Under our Airports platform, we operate and manage the award-winning Mactan-Cebu International Airport, the country’s second busiest gateway. We also manage the concession to upgrade, operate, and maintain Laguindingan International Airport in Misamis Oriental, the country's sixth-busiest gateway, with the official takeover scheduled for April 2025.
We also have a minority stake in Balibago Waterworks System, Inc., the country’s fourth-largest water concessionaire.
Our thrust of championing the development of smarter, greener, more resilient and sustainable infrastructure is anchored on the Aboitiz Group’s Great Transformation - which puts innovation at the forefront of the group’s growth strategy as it aspires to become the Philippines’ first ‘techglomerate’.
At Aboitiz InfraCapital, we just don’t invest in infrastructure projects that help address the gaps and solve the current and most pressing needs of the country. We invest in the future while looking after the welfare of our people, our nation and our planet — and we are in it for the long haul.
